As your kids most likely already know, Math Blaster is filled with ISP training activities that help them learn to protect the space station. The more your children participate in training activities, the more merits and awards they receive. More merits allow them to be promoted to higher ranks in the ISP. Moving up the ranks unlocks cool high tech gadgets and more vehicles in Galaxy Grand Prix! Check the bPad at any time to see your children’s current rank and the amount of merits needed to rank up!
Ranks are separated into 6 levels; each level has a different title. Ranks 1-5 have the standard title, Cadet. As your children continue to play Math Blaster activities, they move up in title to Cadet 1st Class, Private, Private 1st Class, Corporal and then finally, Corporal 1st Class! Their arm and leg bands change colors each time a higher rank is reached within each level. The arm and leg bands begin with the color yellow and move to orange, green, red, and then finally blue. Once the arm and leg bands turns blue, a new gadget is added to the uniform. At this point, your kids are now only a few merits away from getting a new title!
Max loves to reward his hard working blasters! When the arm and leg bands of a blaster change to blue, they earn a new reward. Every 5 ranks, they earn something new. The rewards are awesome new additions to their uniform and more. A blaster with a glove, sash, belt, and so on, has proven status and expertise in the Space Station!
With all the cool new gadgets added to their uniform, your child’s blaster is now looking like an ISP expert. Your child is on a roll, and there are even more gadgets to come. Blasters receive a shoulder insignia at rank 25, and a leg insignia at rank 30. Those who have a leg insignia are Max’s most loyal and hard working blasters!
What do your kids like about ranks? Which high tech gadget is their favorite?

Is it tomorro or today that moster mutts come out
What are those wings on the guy on math blaster? He has white wings and cool stuff by the advertisement saying become a member and get higher ranks. When do I get those wings? I am only level 15
Also I wish it were a little easier/less time consuming to earn merits because some games you have to play 50+ times and it takes hours and hours.
Hi Leah! I believe you are referring to the shoulder insignia that Blasters receive at level 25. I’m sure if you keep playing games, you will be able to reach that level soon!
One more question, sorry
At level 15 the guy said I got special boots, but my boots look the exact same as everyone else, they are just blue.. are these supposed to be special?
I just leveled up to level 20 but I don’t have the new boots or the belt. is their a bug in the system? I’d like to know also when I bought a colour kit I bought the wrong one. Then I bought the right one but the next day I went to see my RELEASED mutt the colour kit had gone of my mutt and wasn’t in my ivontrey. Is their a bug in that too? PLEASE REPLY SOON because I am tired with that happening.

hi, I’ve been playing math blaster for a long time, I’ve even beaten my friend Chloe and she’s the one who told me about math blaster! well , I’ve been playing, as usual but now I’m not levelling up so quickly as I used to I still play as much as possible but I seem to stay on the same level. I’m on cadet first class red and i’ve been on that since Christmas!
please help as Chloe is beating me again!!!
Hi Gabriella - You can check your Cadet status using the bPad on your toolbar. Click on your bPad and when the menu pops up, find the “Rank” button. Clicking on “Rank” will let you know your current Rank and how many Merits you need before you can move on to the next level. You earn these Merits just by playing the games around the ISP, but collecting achievements can also earn you Merits. A list of achievements can be found in your bPad as well, under “Achievements.” Here you will find a list of challenges you can complete around the game that will give you Merits. I hope you find these tips helpful and that they send you well on your way to be a top ranked Cadet!
whats a b-pad?
Hi Gabriella - The bPad is the device in the game located on your toolbar that is at the bottom of the screen in Math Blaster. The bPad is the button on the far right of the toolbar and the icon looks like a tablet. If you are still unsure with which button to click on, you can hover over each button on your toolbar and the name of each icon will pop up.
